In its second year at Lake Shore Elementary School in Pasadena, The Watch D.O.G.S (Dads of Great Students) Program Supports the school’s efforts in encouraging fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles etc...to recognize the importance of being active in the education of students. They are often referred to as “Heroes of the Hallways.”
Watch D.O.G.S. is a nationally recognized program whose goals are to help schools by:
1) Providing positive male role models for the students, demonstrated by their presence that education is important.
2) Providing an extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
3) Helping the Teachers and Staff and positively impacting our community.
